Best of Chianti Tour with Wine Tasting and Tuscan Dinner

Enjoy the charm of the Chianti countryside, one of the most romantic areas of Tuscany, renowned all over the world for its famous wines, as well as for its landscapes, vineyards, olive groves and cypresses surrounding churches, abbeys, castles and villages scattered all over the hills.

The noble owners of one of these castles will be expecting you and will accompany you around some of the reception rooms, the gardens and the historical cellars of the wine farm where the famous barrels of Black Rooster Chianti are kept.

After the visit, you will be served a snack, followed by a wine tasting session of a selection of fine wines.

You will move on to Greve in Chianti with a stop in the historical square surrounded by covered galleries, where you can wander into the shops and purchase typical products of the Chianti area.

You will then be driven to Castellina in Chianti, a picturesque old village on a hill, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Towards the evening, we reach San Donato in Poggio, an ancient settlement - with its stunning Romanesque parish church - surrounded by fortifications dating back to the eleventh century - most of which are intact.

You will be served a typical Chianti Dinner with a rich menu and excellent Chianti wine in a delightful tavern in the magical atmosphere of this little village.
