CAF
Tour & Travel srl organises and carries out the tours presented
in this programme on the basis of the administrative authorisation
of the Florence Provincial Authority, no. 425 dated 24.1.1995. The
programme conforms to the text established according to the D.L. 111/95,
approved by EEC regulation no. 90/314.
• Notwithstanding any contrary clause, the contract is governed
by the provisions of law no. 1084 dated 27.12.77, ratification and
enactment of the International Convention relating to the Travel Contract
(C.C.V.).
• Bookings are subject to place and language availability.
• There will be no penalty for booking cancellations
communicated in writing to the organisation at least two days prior
to the tour.Less than two days prior to the tour, payment of the entire
amount will be due and no reimbursement will be granted.
• No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not
at the place of departure at the time established; similarly, no reimbursement
will be granted to clients who lose contact with the guide or who
do not complete the tour.
• If for any reason the organization cancels the tour, the client
may claim reimbursement only of the sum paid.
• Where, due to operational difficulties or reasons beyond its
control (travel conditions, strikes, changes in opening hours, closure
of museums, delays or other problems), the organisation is obliged
to change the programme, then an alternative itinerary and/or visits
to other museums will be proposed, without any variation to the established
tariff, and the client will be informed prior to departure.
• In the case of unexpected increases of individual prices,
exceeding 10%, as a result of new taxes or duties, the tariffs will
be adjusted and the clients notified in writing.
• The tours scheduled in the programme are covered by third-party
insurance for the risks, the indemnity limits and the guarantees laid
down in D.L. 111/95 with NAVALE policy N. 00100081353.
• The organization cannot accept responsibility for damage caused
by third parties or for reasons beyond their control, and cannot be
held responsible for the loss of valuables, luggages or objects during
tours.
• Any complaint by the client must be communicated in
writing to the organization staff within and no later than 10 business
days after the date of the tour.
• Any disputes will be settled by The Court of Florence.
• The programme and the tariffs indicated are valid from 1 April
2010 to 31 March 2011.
REGULAR
TOURS
• All tours are organized for a minimum of 8 participants.
• The English language is always guaranteed.
• The local guide service in Italian, Spanish, French, German
is always guaranteed for minimum of 4 people
• The guide and escort services are multilingual.
• The guided tour at the Florence museums, with earphones is
available for a minimum of 15 participants. No reimbursement is provided
should these earphones not be supplied or used due to act of God.
• Tours are free for children under the age of two; for children
aged between two to eight there is a 50% reduction, unless more favourable
conditions are offered as indicated in the catalogue. Show a document
proving children’s age, upon request.
• Children up to the age of six enter Florence museums free
of charge.
• During the periods of greatest attendance, despite
of the reservations, the entry to the museums could be subject to
delays against the prearranged timetable, which are not attributable
to the organization staff responsibility.
All
the tours in this program are offered in English, Italian, Spanish,
French and German.
For different languages (Japanese, Russian, etc.), with a minimum
of four persons, the local guide in the requested language will
be confirmed depending on availability, and with a supplement
of 30,00 Euro per person. |
