Our expert chauffeur will drive you up the romantic Avenue of the Hills, until you reach the church of San Miniato al Monte (quick photo stop), a real jewel of Florentine Romanesque art, and Piazzale Michelangelo (stop), the wonderful terrace on the top of the hill, which provides an amazing view of the city.

On the way back to the city centre you will be able to admire the most famous and ancient bridges of Florence, the Ponte Vecchio and the Santa Trinita bridge, and the most beautiful Renaissance buildings, the Pitti palace, the Strozzi palace and the Medici-Riccardi palace.

You will be driven through the marvellous San Marco and Santissima Annunziata squares and then up the scenic, winding road leading to the three hills of Fiesole, where you will be able to admire the ancient Etruscan site overlooking Florence (stop).

Along the winding road back into the city centre you will be able to enjoy unforgettable views of Florence, framed by the olive and cypress groves, covering the hill-slopes.

In the ancient cloth dyers district, you pass the amazing Gothic Basilica of Santa Croce, where Michelangelo, Machiavelli and Galileo are buried, as you make your way through the medieval alleys to the world-famous Piazza della Signoria, a veritable open-air sculpture museum and the real heart of the city, surrounded by the impressive Palazzo della Signoria and the elegant Loggia designed by Orcagna, crowded with sculpture by Cellini, Giambologna and Pio Fedi, after which you will be taken to see the spectacular Cathedral with its majestic dome by Brunelleschi, the Baptistery and its gilded doors of Paradise, and the fabulous belfry by Giotto.
