We just arrived at home (in Bucharest) and take a look to our photos from Florence while drinking the Chianti wine!
On behalf of my family we would like to send to you our best regards and thank you for the great time spent in Siena& San Gimignano and in Chianti.

Also we listened your recommendation and in the last two days we visited Fiesole and Piazzale Michelangelo.
If before coming to Florence we didn¹t know almost anything about the Medici family nor about the Florence history, now we are sort of "small encyclopedias".

Good Day CAF,
I want to thank you so much for your hospitality. The cooking tour was very good.

My husband Sam and I had a wonderful holiday in Italy during September.
We loved the Tuscan Cooking School with Roberto and others and the day trip to Siena with the lovely Tour Guide Nicoletta - who gave us a brilliant, witty and detailed insight into her marvellous city.

But the absolute highlight of our stay in Italy was the tour we had of the Uffizi Gallery.
It was exceptional. The commentary, insights and knowledge of our guide are outstanding. His understanding, passion and expertise profoundly affected our experience of seeing the Gallery.

We also enjoyed our little glimpse of Fiesole and the church where famous men are buried. We particularly enjoyed the way in which he placed art works in the context of the times. An example was the placement of statues and how this gave a political insight into the period.

Congratulations on the fine standard of your Guides. We wanted you to have some feedback.

Lunch was included & was wonderful - pesto pasta and seafood served on a beautiful rooftop restaurant.
Weather was great - went hiking all day but it wasn't unbearable (walked about 4 miles). Definitely not for older people/children who don't want to hike

Guides were extremely helpful and very knowledgable
All transportation included
Overall, totally worth the 90 € - you get what you pay for
A+!
