Overview

Learn how to make your own fresh pasta following ancient Italian traditions using flour, eggs and other ingredients. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, you will learn how to make pasta, both using a rolling pin and a pasta machine. You will make three different types of pasta with three different sauces and a traditional Italian dessert.
The course will be followed by lunch with the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine. Enjoy a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Worth the time!! Great intro to pasta!!

My husband and I really enjoyed the cooking class. The instructors were very helpful, friendly and informative, and it was easy to follow along because their English is very good. Our instructor was Adela, and she’s DARLING! I learned a number of other cooking tips as well At the end of the class, they give you the recipes (they use the metric system) so you do not have to worry about taking notes during the class. Afterwords you all sit down together and eat the food that was prepared. They will give you a small amount of wine as well (which is included in the price)

Did something different and decided to cook for my birthday. Was good actually a lot of fun and they sang happy birthday to me making it an excellent experience im going back with my other people.
