Within this impressive space recovered of 3 thousand square meters, you can find many artisans of taste, where the culture of Italian food and the typical Tuscan cuisine is exposed, this multifunctional space hosts several activities. It has been transformed into a real theater of taste based on design and food culture, recovered in a structure that combines modernity and tradition.

This restoration has returned to Florence a new contemporary meeting place where the original structure of the nineteenth-century, made by iron and cast iron, is enhanced by the brightness and lightness of simple and natural materials such as wood, wicker, ropes, terra cotta, ceramic and cement pigment. This environment emphasizes the crafty calling of the shops and the typicalness of the shops in the Florentine territory, arranged as along a street or a square, ensuring full visibility of the working laboratories to visitors, so that they can look around like in a sort of “back-shop” by sight to look around and value the manual skill in food preparation.
