You can't leave Florence without visiting one of the most famous art galleries in the world. Here you can admire numerous works of art by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue, Masaccio and many others. Among the precious exhibition halls of the Gallery, the most renowned one contains the refined works by Botticelli, amongst which the absolute masterpieces: "Primavera" and "Birth of Venus". The latter painting, the icon of the museum, represents the allegory of the birth of the goddess emerging from the sea foam and symbolizes the ideal of beauty as an expression of purity and spiritual quality, typical of the Renaissance Neoplatonic aesthetics. The guided Tour ends at the Uffizi Terrace where you can enjoy an amazing and exclusive view of the city’s most important monuments.

Once the guided tour is over, it is possible to stay in the museum.

Uffizi: once in a lifetime
Mark Wever, 01/2020
A once in a lifetime experience, a breathtaking Gallery. I absolutely suggest to visit the Uffizi museum and if you are passionate about art to choose a guided tour. Our guide was amazing, she answered pantiently all the questions we asked her. The museum is very big so to admire every masterpiece you should spend there an entire day. We just have few hours but we are sure that when we come back to Florence we will visit Uffizi again!
Uffizi amazing and terrific guide

"We booked a last minute tour of the Uffizi as we didn’t realise how hard it would be to queue and get tickets! The skip to the front of the line ticket really means joining a shorter queue, which was fine because the guide provided an entertaining explanation of the backgrounder the Medici family. Once inside, she was knowledgable, engaging and made our tour funny. It’s a busy place and if you only have a short time on Florence, this tour gives you the highlights of the most important pieces. If we had more time in Florence, we would definitely book more tours with this wonderful guide."
The highlight of our tour
Amy Wheeler, 01/2020
My mom and I booked a CAF guided tour of the Uffizi museum in Florence and we had alovely time. Our Guide was engaging and extremely informative. She took us to all of the highlights and gave enough information to understand each of the paintings thoroughly without feeling overwhelmed. If we had any questions she was more than happy to provide additional information. Her knowledge of Florentine history and the Medici family was impressive and sharing that with us enhanced our ability to appreciate the art we saw in the context of the historical and political atmosphere in which it was created.
Fascinating visit

Fascinating experience. I recommend this to everyone who wants to know more about the history of Florence/the artists and the making of the works of art.
Amazing tour with a brilliant Guide
David Linch, 06/2019
Our Italian tour guide spoke excellent English and concentrated on the basic features of medieval and Renaissance paintings and sculptures exhibited in the Uffizii. He explained all the hidden details normally not perceived by the naive visitor. All in all it was a very rewarding tour. Thanks!
Not to be missed tour
Gabriel Platt, 09/2019
The booking and confirmation service was very smooth. The reception at the Uffizi was efficient and the Tour started on time. Top of the list was the guide himself, who was both enthusiastic and knowledgeable, keeping us all interested and answering most questions confidently and accurately. He was able to fulfil my request for explanations of symbolism in the classic paintings with aplomb.
Perfect Uffizi Tour

The Galleria degli Uffizi is an incredible museum and it's collection is simply massive. It would be almost impossible to see everything, and that's where a great guide can be of help. Ours was very knowledgeable, having studied art, and clearly had a passion for it. He used our time at the museum to weave a story about the loss of the classical art after the fall of Rome to it's rebirth and elevation during the Renaissance. He was able to point out the subtle cues and hidden messages in the pieces he had opted to highlight. The tour was also well organized, with an easy to find meeting point, radios to better hear the guide and a well oiled organization. I highly recommend it.
Excellente!
